Season 7 Wrapup

Jim and A.Ron close the books on the non-book spoiler part of our season 7 coverage of HBO’s Game of Thrones.  Of course, we’ll be back later this week to put the SpoilLore segment to bed, and don’t forget that starting next week we’ll be jumping head first into our rewatch of season 2, AKA the Tyrion Lannister Golden Years.  But for now, we dive into a heaping helping of feedback trying to sum up the experience of this seasons, and looking ahead to next.  Regardless of when it comes back, Summer of 2018 or Spring of 2019, we’ll right there with you as Game of Thrones heads towards it’s conclusion.  Hope you stay with us through our season 2 coverage and beyond, as we look forward to tackling Stranger Things, Mr. Robot, The Walking Dead, and Westworld, to name just a few in the months ahead!

Season 3 Wrapup

Jim and A.Ron gather for a final time to say good bye until next time to AMC’s Better Call Saul. And, we know it’s just until next time because AMC picked up the show for a fourth season. Huzzah! With that out of the way, we reconsider our opinions on season three, look ahead at how this season will impact the characters moving forward, debate about how the show has gone up til now, talk about mental health, and get an extraordinary amount of feedback to consider form our fellow fans. We’ve laughed, we’ve cried, and now it’s time to say a very fond farewell and goodbye to the greatest television show I’ve ever seen, HBO’s The Leftovers. After we ponder things we’ve seen and read since the series left us, we open up our bulging mailbag to see the multitudes of takes and opinions from you, our fellow fans. Thanks for everything, everybody. This was incredible, and I wish I could see you next week for more of the same.

Jim and A.Ron put season one of HBO’s Westworld in cold storage by talking about our overall thoughts, opinions, and hopes for next season. Then we consider a giant sized mailbag where we discuss scalp maps, the nature of consciousness and free will, the impact of self aware robotic hosts on fast food chains, and much more. We’ll be back whenever Westworld returns, but we never really go away. In 2017 we have an early line up including The Leftovers, Better Call Saul, Game of Thrones, among others.
